All members are required to use the unified GRATA International brand. This guarantees a consistent image across all jurisdictions and strengthens client trust in our global presence.

To maintain professional and standardized communication, members must use the official GRATA International corporate email domain. This reinforces brand identity and ensures secure correspondence.

Members work within a unified internal program that enables:

  • Building and managing a client database
  • Tracking projects and assigned professionals
  • Planning and monitoring project budgets
  • Recording lawyers' working hours and project time
  • Issuing invoices
  • Generating weekly reports
  • Monitoring employee KPIs
  • Maintaining HR records

This centralized system ensures transparency, efficiency, and effective business process management across the network.

From the first year, members contribute annual membership fees. Beginning in the second year, a moderate royalty is added. These payments are reinvested into shared services, international brand recognition, and the continued success of GRATA International worldwide.
